Heck to Speak at GoCyber Collective Cyber Insurance Summit

Taft Dayton partner Zach Heck will speak at GoCyber Collective’s Cyber Insurance Summit, Understanding HB 96 & Ohio’s New Cyber Requirements, on March 17. Heck and fellow industry professionals will examine the newly adopted House Bill 96, which establishes new compliance requirements for cyber insurance in Ohio. Topics of discussion will include what cyber insurance policies will cover, how organizations can meet compliance standards, and the legal consequences of noncompliance, alongside additional considerations associated with the implementation of House Bill 96.

Heck is based in Taft’s Dayton office. His practice centers on privacy, data security, and AI governance for companies deploying data-intensive systems.
