Heck to Present at Dayton Bar Association on Ethical Pitfalls for Legal Professionals and Technology
Taft attorney Zachary Heck will present "Ethical Pitfalls for Legal Professionals and Technology" at the Dayton Bar Association's Law & Technology Committee meeting on Sept. 26.
Heck's practice focuses on privacy and data security. He assists clients in the areas of privacy compliance, defense litigation, class action defense and guidance in the aftermath of an information security event, including data breach. Heck is a frequent presenter and author of cutting-edge data privacy and cybersecurity issues and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the field of United States laws and regulations. He serves as co-chair of the Dayton Bar Association's Law & Technology Committee.
