Taft partner Jeremy Hayden will participate in the 61^st Annual Southwestern Ohio Tax Institute, which will take place virtually on Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. EST. Hayden, a former chair of the institute, will present an annual update on important Ohio state and local tax cases that have been decided during 2020. Three hours of CLE credit will be offered.  

Hayden is a partner in Taft’s Business and Tax practice groups. He advises clients on matters relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax law, and estate and succession planning.
