Harris Represents Heirs of Outsider Artist in Dispute Over Ownership
Taft IP partner Marcus Harris represents the heirs of renowned Chicago outsider artist Henry Darger, who passed away in 1973. Darger’s heirs are seeking to reclaim rights to his works.
