Harris Quoted on Schedule A Litigation in Managing IP Magazine
Taft Chicago partner Marcus Harris was quoted in the Managing IP magazine article, “Schedule A Scrutiny Drives Law Firm Strategy Shift.” In the piece, Harris comments on the scrutiny Schedule A litigation faces, as some firms appear to overly rely on the tool to manage heavy caseloads. However, Harris adds that when used appropriately and when attorneys take the time to explain how and why their firms employ it, Schedule A litigation can be an important and effective resource in the intellectual property field.
