Hardy Elected to Dayton Art Institute Associate Board

Taft Dayton attorney Kristin Hardy has been elected to the 2022 Dayton Art Institute (DAI) Associate Board. Every year, community leaders are nominated to participate in the sustainment and growth of DAI through its Associate Board. The Board works to assist the Board of Trustees and the director in fundraising and good community relations to promote the general welfare of The DAI. Associate Board Members are elected for a four-year term. Hardy’s term will go into effect in January 2022, which she will serve alongside her husband Alex.

Hardy is an attorney in Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group. Her practice focuses on trademark clearance, trademark prosecution and enforcement, trademark litigation, copyrights and various IP infringement matters, as well as WIPO UDRP matters. She advises clients on protecting their brands and proprietary information, while providing guidance regarding brand development, clearance, registration, and maintenance for trademark portfolios, in addition to handling TTAB and litigation matters.
