While his focus centers on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, Hanna’s corporate law expertise extends to other facets of business-related legal matters, including contract analysis and negotiation, corporate governance, business planning, and a variety of other general legal issues.

Hanna is an active member of the legal community, contributing countless hours to the firm’s pro bono program. Additionally, he is a founder of and firm liason for the Transactional Law Competition and Invitational, each an M&A focused, skill-based program for business-minded law students and held at Wayne State University Law School. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University, a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University – Mike Ilitch School of Business.
