Hanna Elected to Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

Justin Hanna has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce.

The Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce has more than 1,100 members and is a partnership of local businesses and professionals working together to strengthen member businesses, increase job opportunities, encourage expansion and promote Chaldean business and culture.

Hanna was elected to a two-year term and may serve up to three consecutive terms. To date, he has been an active member of the chamber serving on the Political Action Committee (PAC) and as a chairperson for the Chaldean Young Professionals Network (CYPN). He will continue to lead the CYPN as a chair in 2020, remain involved in the PAC and will join the Civil Liberties Advocates (CLA) membership committee.

Hanna is a member of the mergers & acquisitions and emerging & growth business practice groups. His expertise is focused on corporate law, with a strong emphasis on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He also is a significant contributor to Jaffe pro bono legal services and is a founder of the Jaffe Transactional Law Competition, an M&A focused, skill-based program held at Wayne State University Law School. The program continues to be a mainstay for business-minded law students throughout the region.

Hanna holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Business Administration and his J.D., all from Wayne State University.
