Hagerman to Present at ICLEF Tax Program
Taft partner Nathan J. Hagerman will present at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) seminar “SPEED DATING" WITH TAXES! Practical Tax Law for the Non-Tax Attorney" on Sept. 13. The half-day program will highlight tax issues encountered by legal professionals.
Hagerman will cover a wide range of state income tax issues for individuals, corporations and pass through entities, including nexus, withholding, residency, same-sex marriage and LGBTQ tax filing, and innocent spouse issues. Additional presenters will address:
