Taft attorney David L. Guevara will present at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's (ICLEF) Annual Real Estate Institute Seminar on May 14. His topic is "Environmental Indemnity and Liability for Commercial Transactions."

Guevara concentrates his practice in complex environmental litigation and insurance law. His legal publications include two books: "Environmental Liability and Insurance Recovery" (ABA Publishing 2012) and "The Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense to CERCLA Liability" (ABA Publishing 2013). He graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School and holds a Ph.D. in philosophy. Guevara has been named an Indiana Super Lawyers – Rising Star since 2012.
