Taft attorney David L. Guevara spoke to graduate students taking a seminar on environmental law and policy at St. Ambrose University April 16-18. His lecture focused on environmental law.

Guevara focuses his practice on complex environmental litigation and insurance law. His legal publications include two books: "Environmental Liability and Insurance Recovery" (ABA Publishing 2012) and "The Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense to CERCLA Liability" (ABA Publishing 2013). He graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School and holds a Ph.D. in philosophy. Guevara has been named an Indiana Super Lawyers – Rising Star since 2012.
