Taft attorneys David L. Guevara, Ph.D. and Bradley R. Sugarman will speak at the Indiana Environmental Management Conference. The conference, held October 15-16, is presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Environmental Management. David will present a session titled “Environmental Liability Protection for Commercial and Industrial Property Transactions” and Brad will be a panelist for a discussion on the RICE NESHAP.
