Groetken is a registered U.S. patent attorney with extensive legal and technical experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, botanical, and chemical fields. He advises domestic and foreign clients on complex intellectual property matters, including strategic global patent portfolio development, implementation, positioning, and enforcement.
