Taft Cleveland associate Tessa Gray has been selected to join the FDCC (Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel) Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2023. Ladder Down provides direct training and career development through a combination of coaches, sponsors, and participants to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring.

Gray is an associate in Taft’s Intellectual Property practice. She counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property-related matters and assists with patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters for a variety of local and national clients. She received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Lincoln University, and her J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law.
