Taft Chicago partner Graham Grady will serve as a panelist at Bisnow’s Chicago State of the Market event on August 9 at the LondonHouse Chicago. The event will discuss the recent developments, mayoral initiatives, and real estate investment outlook impacting Chicago. Grady will speak on the panel “Trend Watch: Market Performance, Development & Design,” which will cover class performances and development and design market trends at the national level and their influence on the Chicago market.

Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements. He helps secure necessary approvals for land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area. Grady is the founder of Chicago African-Americans in Commercial Real Estate (Chi-AACRE) and serves on the board of directors for World Business Chicago. He was also appointed to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Economic Vitality & Equity Transition Subcommittee.
