Grady to Present at CEMDI Summit 2022
Taft Chicago partner Graham Grady will present at the Chicago Emerging Minority Developer Initiative (CEMDI) Summit 2022: Advancing Equitable Neighborhood Development in Chicago on April 22 at 10 a.m. The summit seeks to bring together leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to advance equitable development, inclusive growth and build the pipeline of Black and Latinx community-focused developers.
Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements. He helps secure necessary approvals for land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area. Grady is a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago, the Economic Club of Chicago, and is the founder of Chicago African-Americans in Commercial Real Estate (Chi-AACRE).
