Grady to Join Panel on Future of Data Centers
Taft Chicago partner Graham Grady will be a panelist discussing The Next Frontier: Shaping the Future of Data Centers on Feb. 19. The panel will dissect the forces rapidly transforming the data center landscape. Key discussion points will include the shift toward hyper-efficient and sustainable data center design, the impact of regulatory policy and urban planning on infrastructure placement, the increase in community opposition, integrating AI and next-generation compute into the physical data center environment, and forecasting the energy and resource demands of the future digital world.

Grady advises real estate developers, investors, and property owners on land use entitlements and economic incentives. He helps secure necessary approvals and land developments in the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the Midwest. Grady formerly served as the City of Chicago Zoning Administrator and Commissioner of Buildings. He is a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago. Grady is the founder of Chicago African-Americans in Commercial Real Estate (Chi-AACRE), now known as AAREP Chicago.
