Taft attorney Will Gardner will give opening remarks at the Indiana Air and Waste Management Association (IN A&WMA) 2019 Winter Technical Meeting on Dec. 5. The annual conference event includes prominent speakers from industry, academia, the U.S. EPA, and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management covering a wide variety of environmental topics. This event provides a great opportunity for attendees to learn about the key environmental issues that will affect them in 2020 and network with both regulators and members of the regulated community.  

Gardner is an associate in Taft’s Environmental group and chair of the IN A&WMA. His practice focuses on environmental compliance and permitting, environmental litigation and permit appeals, environmental remediation projects and advising clients on environmental due diligence in M&A and real estate transactions.
