Taft partner Will Gardner will present at the Indiana Chamber’s Environmental Permitting and Reporting Conference on June 16-17. He will co-present the session titled “RCRA: Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance and Reporting Update.” The presentation will provide an overview of RCRA and the recent federal EPA Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, including the changes to the rule, a legal perspective on Indiana’s adoption and compliance, and enforcement issues.

Gardner focuses his practice on environmental compliance and permitting; complex environmental litigation and permit appeals; managing environmental remediation projects; and advising clients on environmental due diligence.
