Taft attorney Will Gardner will be a speaker at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce Environmental Permitting and Reporting Conference on May 19-20. Gardner will co-present “RCRA: Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance and Reporting Update” and will provide an overview of RCRA and the recent federal EPA Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule.

Gardner is an associate in Taft’s Environmental group. His practice focuses on environmental compliance and permitting, environmental litigation and permit appeals, environmental remediation projects and advising clients on environmental due diligence in M&A and real estate transactions.
