Taft partner Will Gardner has been selected as a finalist in the law category for the 2025 Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards. The awards program was created by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana to recognize the next generation of leaders in our community. The event honors 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, in 10 different industries. Gardner will be recognized along with other finalists at an awards recognition event on April 23. Read more about the event here.

Gardner is a partner in Taft’s Environmental practice group. He works with large multinational companies, small and midsize businesses, and public sector clients on environmental compliance and permitting matters. He defends clients involved in environmental enforcement actions, government investigations, and third-party lawsuits related to compliance with environmental laws. He also routinely works with buyers, sellers, and lenders on M&A and real estate deals and assists those clients in structuring transactions to minimize and allocate environmental liabilities and risks.
