Taft attorney R. William Gardner presented to the Indiana Farm Bureau on Aug. 27 at a seminar titled "Drainage School: How to Understand the Laws Impacting Drainage Decisions." His presentation was titled "Waters of the US – What are they?"

Gardner is an associate in Taft's Environmental group and focuses his practice on all of the major environmental acts and various other state environmental laws, with particular emphasis on air quality law.
