Taft attorney Will Gardner presented at the Environmental Permitting and Reporting Conference hosted by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Sept. 15-16. He co-presented the session “RCRA: Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance and Reporting Update.”

Gardner is an associate in Taft’s Environmental group. His practice focuses on environmental compliance and permitting, environmental litigation and permit appeals, environmental remediation projects and advising clients on environmental due diligence in M&A and real estate transactions.
