Fudge Participates in Fireside Chat on Housing Solutions at NAR Advocacy Week
Taft partner Marcia Fudge participated in a bipartisan fireside chat with the co-chairs of the Housing Solutions Coalition during the National Association of Realtors’ Advocacy Week. The event took place on Jan. 23, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Washington.
The fireside chat spotlighted the coalition’s efforts to push back on policies that limit housing supply and advance solutions that accelerate production nationwide. Fudge appeared alongside Steve Stivers, former U.S. Representative and current co-chair of the Housing Solutions Coalition.
Fudge is a partner in Taft’s Public Affairs Strategies Group and serves as firmwide Chair of Public Policy. She brings more than five decades of experience working with lawmakers, elected officials, key staff, and coalitions at the local, state, and federal levels. From 2021 to 2024, she served as the 18th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
