Fry to Speak on State Tax Incentives at TEI 2026 Annual Conference
Taft partner Rich Fry will participate in the session, “Unlocking State Tax Incentives: Practical Strategies for Tax Departments” at the TEI 2026 Annual Conference on Oct. 19 in Nashville.
Throughout this session, Fry and his co-presenters will discuss how companies and organizations can identify state tax incentives they may qualify for. The presenters will examine various types of incentives, eligibility requirements, and the process of applying for and claiming available incentives.

Fry focuses his practice on solving complex state and local tax problems for businesses and individuals. He guides clients through multistate sales and use tax, commercial activity tax, and personal income tax compliance and controversies, including high-stakes disputes before the Ohio Supreme Court, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, and the Internal Revenue Service.
