Taft Chicago Gaming partner Cezar “Cid” Froelich was quoted in the Rockford Register Star article, “Hard Rock Casino Rockford Faces Key Hurdle,” on Jan. 27. The article discusses the next steps for the project which includes a 65,000-square-foot casino, a Hard Rock Café, and a 1,600-seat Hard Rock Live venue. Taft served as a consultant to the City of Rockford.
