This program will provide the latest on Illinois cannabis law and current issues in government regulation, banking, bankruptcy, compliance, and more. Froelich and Stonehill will give an overview of the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act and the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.

Froelich is highly knowledgeable on the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, and the medical and recreational cannabis laws of many other states. Stonehill focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and federal securities law compliance.
