Taft attorney Celeste M. Friel moderated a panel discussion at the Greater Ohio Valley Women in Defense Partnership Luncheon hosted by Technology First.

The panel, titled “Empowering Voices: Navigating Challenges and Triumphs of the Workforce,” brought together accomplished professionals from defense and technology sectors to share candid stories of resilience, leadership, and innovation. Topics included mentorship, work-life balance, empowerment, and professional growth.

The event fostered connections, professional development, and a sense of solidarity supporting the mission of Greater Ohio Valley Women in Defense to cultivate relationships, foster education, and elevate voices in national security and tech leadership.
