French Quoted in Article on Supreme Court Preemption Case
Taft partner Peter French was quoted in the article “High court hands win to drugmakers in preemption case,” which was published by Business Insurance on May 28. The article discusses the May 20 Supreme Court’s ruling in Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. v. Albrecht et al. that said judges, not juries, must decide the preemption question.
