Taft partner Peter French authored the article “Predicting mediator’s agenda key to success,” which was published in The Indiana Lawyer on Oct. 2. The article provides tips on how to be more productive by focusing on developing the mediator’s agenda in advance of mediation.

French is a trial lawyer who has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters in many jurisdictions. For nearly 10 years, he has also maintained an active mediation practice. As a registered civil mediator, French focuses primarily on resolution of complex commercial and business disputes, including contract claims, product liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, shareholder disputes and business torts.
