Four Taft Intellectual Property Attorneys Recognized in WTR 1000 2023
Taft Intellectual Property partners Philip Bautista, Kristine Boylan, Jonathan Polak, and Amy Wright have been selected to the 2023 edition of World Trademark Review 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals, an annual list of the world’s top trademark firms and practitioners published by World Trademark Review (WTR) magazine.

Bautista is recommended in Ohio and ranked in the bronze band for individual practitioners. WTR has described him as “extremely responsive when it comes to filing trademark applications protecting clients from infringement, defending against trademark claims made by third parties, and giving strategic advice.”
Boylan received a silver ranking as a recommended practitioner in Minnesota. She has been commended for her two decades of experience while carving out a place in the AI field.
Polak is ranked in the silver band in Indiana. As chair of Taft’s Intellectual Property practice, “he has passed many a stern litigation test and is highly reputed nationally as a winning advocate.”
Wright maintained a gold ranking in Indiana and is praised by WTR as “tough as they come when there are infringement issues to sort out; she has in-house experience on her resume, which has strengthened her highly protective stance.”
