Former Director of Indiana State Department of Health’s Long-Term Care Division Joins Taft
Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is pleased to announce that Kim Rhoades has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as of counsel in the Health & Life Sciences group. Prior to joining Taft, Rhoades served as the director of the Indiana State Department of Health’s Long-Term Care Division, where she was responsible for administering laws governing the day-to-day operations of nursing facilities and residential care facilities, as well as monitoring compliance with Life Safety Code and physical plant requirements.
Rhoades will focus her practice primarily on regulatory and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on long-term health services. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her B.A. from DePauw University.
