Flaherty Honored by Minnesota Lawyer Among Attorneys of the Year

Taft Minneapolis partner Scott Flaherty was recently selected by Minnesota Lawyer as an honoree of their Attorneys of the Year class of 2021, a prestigious achievement in the Minnesota legal community. Flaherty is honored for his representation of the chief justice in the Shefa v. Attorney General Keith Ellison, et al. pardon case.

Attorneys are selected based on their work in procuring a successful result in an important case or business transaction, leadership in professional associations, participating in newsworthy events in the legal community, performing significant public services, or excellence in providing in-house legal services. The award illustrates the job of lawyers in addressing some of society’s most volatile challenges and the remarkable work being done across the legal community.

Flaherty and others will be honored during an award ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in Feb. 2022.
