Fisher Speaks at the ABA Litigation Section Annual Conference
Taft Chicago partner Ian Fisher recently participated as a speaker at the ABA’s Litigation Section Annual Conference held on April 23, 2026. The annual conference brought together leading litigators, in-house counsel, government attorneys, and members of the judiciary to discuss emerging issues in trial advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management. Fisher was a speaker for the session, “To Arbitrate, or Not to Arbitrate, That Is the Question.”
