Taft partner Timothy Eaton has been elected to The John Marshall Law School Board of Trustees. Eaton focuses his practice on commercial litigation, appellate litigation and arbitration. He served as president of the Chicago Bar Association for the 2013-2014 term and is a past president of the Appellate Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Lawyers Trust Fund. Eaton is on the board of directors for the Federal Bar Association, on the board of governors for the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, a fellow in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and a fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
