Eaton Authors Article for The Circuit Rider
Taft attorney Timothy Eaton contributed the article “To Appeal a Denial of a Summary Judgment Motion…When the Case Goes to Trial, Must you Renew that Issue at Trial: The Seventh Circuit Says No When the Basis for Denial was a ‘Purely Legal Issue’” to the November 2016 issue of The Circuit Rider, the Journal of the 7th Circuit Bar Association. The article discusses whether you can appeal from a denial of a summary judgment where only a discrete legal issue was raised.

He is a former law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and is active in local and national bar associations.
