Taft partner Barbara Duncombe was quoted in the article “Rolls-Royce Embroiled in Lawsuit Over Military Contract,” which was published in the Indianapolis Business Journal on Nov. 15. The article discusses the dispute between Rolls-Royce subsidiary, LibertyWorks, and Dynetics Inc. over a U.S. Army contract and its impact on innovative military technology.

Duncombe chairs Taft’s Government Contracts practice and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. For over 25 years, she has worked with clients in handling all types of government contract issues as well as responding to government investigations and False Claims Act cases and in conducting internal compliance investigations. She has received numerous recognitions for her accomplishments, including being named one of NAWBO Indianapolis’ 2019 Trailblazers and being selected for the Dayton BizWomen Power 50 list annually since 2014.
