Taft partner Barbara A. Duncombe received an Outstanding Achievement honor from the 130th General Assembly of The State of Ohio for being listed among the Dayton Business Journal's Dayton BizWomen Power 50 for 2014. Duncombe was recognized for demonstrating a sincere concern for the future of the area by expending countless hours and inexhaustible energy in the interest of others.

For over 25 years, Duncombe has worked with clients, both regionally and nationally, to address questions or problems with public contract formation, performance, administration, payment and dispute resolution.
