Duncombe and Sumner Named to Dayton Business Journal Who’s Who in Aerospace & Defense List

Taft partners Barbara A. Duncombe and Suzanne Sumner have been listed in Who’s Who in Aerospace & Defense for 2018 for being on the forefront of defense contract law. Published by the Dayton Business Journal, the special report recognizes the Top 100 most influential business and military leaders of the Dayton region in the aerospace and defense industries.

Duncombe is chair of Taft’s Government Contracts practice and a member of the firm’s executive committee. For over 25 years, she has worked with clients in handling all types of government contract issues as well as responding to government investigations and False Claims Act cases and in conducting internal compliance investigations.

Sumner focuses her practice on government contracts law and commercial litigation. She assists prime contractors and subcontractors with issues related to their government contracts, including FAR/DFARS compliance reviews, compliance with Berry Amendment, Buy America and Trade Agreements Act requirements and bid protests.

Duncombe has been listed in Who’s Who in Aerospace & Defense annually since 2014. This is Sumner’s first year to be selected.
