Duncombe and Menyhart Presented at Conexus Indiana Federal Briefing

Taft partners Barbara Duncombe and Russell Menyhart presented at the Conexus Indiana Federal Briefing on March 27. The presentation included an overview of developments in Washington, D.C. and a tariff update. Conexus is a network of industry, education, and public-sector leaders focused on strengthening Indiana’s competitive advantage in advanced manufacturing and logistics (AML).

Duncombe co-chairs Taft’s Government Contracts practice and advises regional and national businesses on the legal and compliance issues that arise when doing business with the government. For over 30 years, she has worked with general counsel, business decision makers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and public buyers on a variety of public contracts issues.

Menyhart leads Taft’s International Trade practice and focuses a substantial part of his practice on compliance with U.S. national security laws (including CFIUS) and international trade laws, including export controls (EAR and ITAR), OFAC sanctions, and customs compliance.

Duncombe and Menyhart are members of Taft’s multi-disciplinary White House Working Group.
