Taft partner Dominic A. DiPuccio has been named a member of the board of trustees of Gilmour Academy, an independent coeducational Catholic school for students in grades 1-12 in Gates Mills, Ohio.

Gilmour is driven by the Holy Cross mission to translate moral beliefs into practice – from its college-preparatory academic program and extracurricular activities, to its day and boarding programs, facilities and endowment.

DiPuccio focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings, public offerings and public company regulatory compliance.
