Michael H. Diamant’s article “Effective ADR in Technology and Applied Science Cases” was published in the July/August issue of Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal on pages 18-19. In the article, Diamant details how to explain complex technology in a contract and later to a jury or judge should a dispute occur.

In practice since 1971, Diamant focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, trade secret and computer-related law issues, including buying, selling, developing and licensing hardware, software and other technology. He has litigated technology and computer-related matters before numerous courts and arbitration panels.
