Cincinnati partner, Brian G. Dershaw has been named to the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cincinnati Class 43. Leadership Cincinnati includes representatives of large corporations, mid-sized companies, nonprofits, governments and entrepreneurs. It is the region's flagship community leadership development program designed for the established, seasoned leader who is passionate about making a difference in the Cincinnati community.

Dershaw has broad experience serving as employment, litigation, and outside general counsel for companies of all sizes. He regularly appears in state and federal trial and appellate courts in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, non-compete, trade secret and contract litigation.
