Craig Published in AHLA Antitrust Practice Group Briefing

Taft Kentucky partner-in-charge Robert B. Craig recently authored the article, “Sixth Circuit Fails to Clarify Section One Analysis for Hospital Joint Operating Agreements,” for the American Health Lawyers Association Antitrust Practice Group. The article discusses how two opinions issued by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals have led to some confusion about the application of Section One of the Sherman Act to integrated joint ventures, particularly to hospital collaborations formed under joint operating agreements.

Craig represents clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts and before government agencies, particularly in Kentucky and Ohio. His legal experience encompasses a wide variety of areas, including antitrust, construction, health care and other commercial matters. He also advises many clients on competition issues in the health care industry.
