Cors Appointed an OSBA Chair
Taft partner Jeanne M. Cors has been appointed an Ohio State Bar Association Chair and was sworn in on July 7 at the Annual Chair Transition Meeting. The ceremony took place at the OSBA headquarters, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, Ohio. Cors is a currently a member of the board of directors of the OSBA Antitrust Subcommittee, serving as its treasurer.
Cors’ practice is focused in the areas of antitrust and white collar criminal defense, representing clients ranging from individuals to small privately-owned companies and partnerships to multi-national corporations. She represents clients before numerous federal and state enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Ohio Attorney General’s Office, and Ohio Department of Transportation, and has substantial experience conducting internal investigations. Cors received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
