Cyndi Stovall will be one of eight speakers during the Trust and Estate Spring Update at the Colorado Bar Association. Topics include several updates in trust and estate planning, including the SECURE 2.0 Act, developments in split-dollar life insurance funding, end-of-life law and policy, and more. CLE credit is available.

Stovall’s presentation is entitled, “A Real Estate Primer for Estate Planning Attorneys” and will run from 2:15-3:15 p.m. to cap off the day. Stovall helps her clients navigate complex transactional, development, financing, and operational matters over the life cycle of their real estate projects.
