Taft partner Kiamesha Colom will be a panelist at an IndyCrew Luncheon on April 18. The event is titled “Building the CRE Workforce of the Future: CREW Network Whitepaper, Negotiation, and Pay Parity Discussion.” The discussion will dig deeper into the most recent whitepaper from CREW Network and panelists will provide insight into building a workplace that is more equitable and inclusive.

Colom serves as the Real Estate practice group lead for the Indianapolis office. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, sale leaseback transactions, and real estate municipality work), real estate lending and commercial finance transactions, and related business transactions. Colom serves on Taft’s Inclusion and Opportunity Committee and on the board of directors for the Eskenazi Health Foundation, Eskenazi Health Centers, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Indiana University Alumni Association, and LISC and has held numerous other past leadership positions.
