Colom to Speak at Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference
Taft Indianapolis partner Kiamesha-Sylvia G. Colom will be one of the featured speakers during the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference on April 28-29, 2022. Colom will be a panelist on April 29 for the session titled, “Building the Future of Commercial Real Estate Through Diversity Inclusion.”

Colom is a partner in Taft’s Real Estate and Finance practice groups, and chair of Taft’s COVID-19 SBA Task Force. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate lending, commercial finance transactions, LIBOR Remediation, and related business transactions. Colom has extensive experience closing conventional commercial loans, and SBA/USDA commercial government guaranteed loans, and manages the firm’s LIBOR remediation work. She represents banks, developers, tenants, landlords, and third-party lenders. Colom has presented to and trained brokers, bankers, and attorneys in areas related to real estate and commercial lending. Her extensive base of knowledge covers an array of commercial loan types, including government guaranteed lending, term loans, lines of credit, syndicated loan transactions, real estate and asset based transactions, and construction loans.
