Caruso to Present at NBI Seminar on Buying and Selling a Business
Taft partner Ralph A. Caruso II will present at the National Business Institute seminar "Buying and Selling Your Business: Start-to-Finish" on Dec. 13. His topic is "Letters of Intent/Term Sheets: Structuring, Drafting and Negotiating."
Caruso chairs Taft's Private Equity group and has represented some of the country’s leading middle-market private equity funds in billions of dollars of domestic and cross-border M&A and recapitalization transactions. He also advises corporate clients not routinely engaged in M&A activity on strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and recapitalization transactions. In this regard, he has represented a significant client base of strategic sellers and buyers, including several multi-national companies and some of Indiana’s best-known public and private companies, in many of their most demanding and complex corporate transactions.
