Butler to Moderate Session at Federal Courts Practice Seminar

Taft Columbus partner-in-charge David J. Butler will moderate the “Current Developments: United States District Court Southern District of Ohio” session at the Federal Courts Practice Seminar on Dec. 10. Click here to register for the event.

The event, which will support House of Hope, Inc., will provide an overview of current developments in several courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio and the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Ohio. Attendees are eligible to receive 3.0 hours continuing learning education (CLE) credit approved by Ohio Supreme Court.

Butler is the partner-in-charge of Taft’s Columbus office. He is a business trial lawyer with experience representing companies in a wide range of complex, commercial legal matters, including class actions and multi-district litigation.
